The supreme body of the Network is the AGM which selects the Board of Directors to guide and oversee the secretariat. The secretariat is composed of technical and support staff in charge of the day-to-day operations. The secretariat is headed by the Chief Executive Officer who is supported by the secretariat team. The Network’s Secretariat is located on Plot 213, Sentema Road-Mengo, Rubaga Division- Kampala district.
