📍 50 Lower-tier BDS Providers Equipped in Lira to Strengthen Enterprise Support Across Northern Uganda
📌On 10th–11th June 2026, BDSPN successfully conducted a Regional Business Model Workshop in Lira under the GIZ-PRUDEV II Programme, bringing together *50 Business Development Service (BDS) Providers* from *Lira, Dokolo, Oyam, Kole, Otuke, Amolatar, and Apac districts*.
💥The workshop provided participants with practical tools to strengthen their business models, enhance service delivery, improve sustainability, and adopt structured reporting and impact-tracking systems that support quality and accountable BDS provision.
📌Beyond capacity strengthening, the workshop has established a strong onboarding pathway for participating providers into the BDSPN ecosystem. This process will contribute to expanding the Network’s membership base and strengthening its reach in underserved communities, enabling more entrepreneurs, MSMEs, youth, women-led enterprises, and farmer organizations to access quality Business Development Services.
