Business Model Workshops in Kitgum under the GIZ PRUDEV II Project, with a focus on strengthening the capacity of lower-tier BDS providers.

We’re excited to share that BDSPN successfully delivered the first cohort of the Business Model Workshops in Kitgum under the GIZ PRUDEV II Project, with a focus on strengthening the capacity of lower-tier BDS providers.

Participants representing Kitgum, Pader, Lamwo, and Agago districts convened in Kitgum for two days of intensive learning and skills development.

The workshops covered key areas including:
• Adult training and facilitation skills
• Marketing and digital marketing
• Costing and pricing of BDS activities
• Financial literacy and record keeping
• Networking and linkages for trainer development
• Business sustainability
• Orientation on the BDSPN platform and action planning

The strong turnout and engagement showcased the commitment of Northern Uganda’s BDS providers to raising service quality and strengthening enterprise support systems.

BDSPN remains committed to building a professional, well-coordinated BDS ecosystem across the region.
